- City-Data’s 2022-05-03 routine detail lists an employee touching raw product then clean plates, no paper towels at the hand sink, raw beef/chicken above ready-to-eat food, uncovered chips, utensils and single-service items stored improperly, a scored cutting board, no sink drain boards, soiled walls/dispensers, non-cleanable floors/walls/ceiling, and a hood not exhausting outside.
