- WATE reported a failing 65: a worker ate over a food-preparation table; another employee skipped handwashing and the hand sink had no soap; multiple ready-to-eat foods lacked date marks; about 8 lb of potato salad and 2 lb of smoked chicken were discarded; the person in charge could not answer basic food-safety questions. Follow-up was reported as 92.
