• Consumption of Animal Foods that are Raw Undercooked or Not Otherwise Processed to Eliminate Pathogens (Pf): Make the necessary corrections to the menu items of
• Wiping Cloths Use Limitation (C): Set up accordingly in segragated areas as we discussed
• Clean Condition-Outer Clothing (C): Ensure all food handlers are wearing proper clean aprons - uniforms when working with foods
• Sanitizing Solutions Testing Devices (Pf): Replace the compromised chlorine test strips
• Drain boards (C): Expand the areas where large pots and pans are air drying
