• Ventilation Hood Systems Filters (C): Clean all visiblke gre3ase and grime in the vents of the hood where needed
• Nonfood Contact Surfaces (C): Clean all the gaskets inside the freezer / refrigeration units from visible food spills stains and soils
• Floors Walls and Ceilings-Cleanability (C)
• Floor and Wall Junctures Coved and Enclosed or Sealed (C): Patch up all small openings on the walls inside the kitchen area as we discussed
