• Hands Clean and Properly Washed: PRIORITY VIOLATION-2-301.14 - Priority: When to Wash. ||Addl Notes: Observed employee with glove picking up item from the ground and throwing it away, then removing gloves and adding gloves without washing their hands. Employee was reminded and they immediately washed their hands. Ensure that hand washing is occurring going from dirty to clean tasks in the kitchen.
