- Hands Clean and Properly Washed: PRIORITY VIOLATION-2-301.14 - Priority: When to Wash. ||Addl Notes: Observed employee re-entering kitchen from the bathroom. Employee did not wash their hands. Talked to staff about handwashing, and they immediately washed their hands. Ensure there is handwashing when you enter in the kitchen after a break. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
- Adequate Handwashing Sinks, Properly Supplied and Accessible: 5-205.11 - Priority Foundation: Using a Handwashing Sink-Operation and Maintenance. Addl Notes: Observed a large pot stored inside the back hand sink. Manager removed the item. Ensure that all hand sinks are open and accessible and only used for hand washing. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
