• Hands Clean and Properly Washed: PRIORITY VIOLATION-2-301.14 - Priority: When to Wash. ||Addl Notes: Employee handled/touched their headset; then went to handle cooked hashbrowns for a customer order without washing hands. The employee was asked to wash hands. Discussed the importance of proper hand washing and when hand washing is required with the person-in-charge (PIC). Hands must be washed at
• Insects, Rodents and Animals not Present: 6-202.15 - Core: Outer Openings, Protected Addl Notes: There is a gap at the bottom of the kitchen door, which opens to the outside. Install door sweep on the bottom of the door to eliminate the gap or eliminate by other means. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
