• Toxic Substances Properly Identified, Stored, and Used; Held for Retail Sale, Properly Stored: PRIORITY VIOLATION-7-201.11 - Priority: Separation-Storage||Addl Notes: observed, degreaser, glass cleaner, disinfectant, assorted 5spray bottles of chemicals, and gallon concentrated chemicals placed atop the low temp dishwasher. some tipped over on the final exit panel of the dishwasher. proper storage
• Wiping Cloths; Properly Used and Stored: 3-304.14 - Core: Wiping Cloths, Use Limitation Addl Notes: checked sanitizer solution for the wiping cloth towel buckets in the kitchen and the front service area. noted at 0ppm. manager removed all bucket. quat tablets added to fresh water. multiquat at 200 ppm established. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
• Adequate Ventilation and Lighting; Designated Areas Used: 4-204.11 - Core: Ventilation Hood Systems, Drip Prevention Addl Notes: in the fryer area, hood filters, noted drip pan removed/missing. showed PIC. please re-install/replace. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
