- In-Use Utensils; Properly Stored: 3-304.12 - Core: In-Use Utensils, Between-Use Storage Addl Notes: Observed ice scoop kept inside ice bin in the front of the house with handle in contact with the ice. In-use utensils may not be stored in ice between uses in order to prevent cross contamination. PIC moved ice scoop to clean container outside of ice machine and discarded ice at time of inspection.
