Manager talked to employee and the item was removed. Ensure employees are not eating/drinking/ using tobacco/or having objects hanging from their mouths during food preparation activities. C
- Proper Reheating Procedures for Hot Holding: PRIORITY VIOLATION-3-403.11 - Priority: Reheating for Hot Holding. Addl Notes: Observed facility is reheating pasta sauce currently from bagged commercial prepared sauce bags. Facility is reheating the food to 90-120F
