What the inspector found
- Proper Hot Holding Temperatures: Observed refried beans, spanish rice, chimichangas, and pot pie filling with an internal temperature ranging 118-125*F. Person in charge volutarily on own accord discarded of chimichangas and stated foods were prepared within 4 hours of inspection. Employees reheated remaining foods to 165*F before placing in hot holding unit.||PRIORITY VIOLATION-3-501.16(A)(1) - P
