A CFPM is required to be on the premises during all hours of operation. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection

Addl Notes: There were boxes stacked up in front of the hand sink in the back, near the 3-compartment sink. Discussed with employee the importance of having easy access to hand sinks.
