- Multiple containers stacked with debris in between them. Multiple spatulas stored as clean and ready with food debris on them
- Water pooling at the bottom of both line prep coolers. Containers sitting in the water. Discussed with PIC
- Wetnesting observed: stacked containers and stacked cups with water between
- Multiple cracked containers and melted spatula handles. Please dispose of any damaged equipment
- Several missing tiles in the walk-in-cooler right in front of the walk-in-freezer door. Ice build-up around walk-in-freezer door
