What the inspector found

• No illness policy available, employees not able to describe required symptoms. Provided guidance via email and educated as corrective action
• Observed gloved employee wiping hands off on apron--did not change gloves or wash hands. Educated as corrective action
• No consistent date marking system in place. PIC date marked foods,
• Foods thawing at room temperature
• Thermometers missing in several coolers, freezer
• Various unlabeled white, powder/granualted foods
• Soiled, wet linen. Please store wet linens in sanitizer when in use
• No test strips available
• Build-up on outside of equipment, doors, stored equipment, frost in reach-in freezer
