- There were two containers of pulled pork cooling in the make unit holding at 95 F. The pulled porked was removed from the make unit to cool
- There were flys observed in the unit
- There is build up present on the on the non food contact surfaces of the make unit
- There is not any hot water available at the time of inspection
- There is build up on the floor near equipment and on the walls near the sink and grill area
