- Multiple squirt bottles of liquids found at the grill without labels. Please label anything out of its original container
- Damaged cutting boards throughout. Please monitor for damaged equipment. Damaged handles to three door cooler
- Build-up in ice machine and microwave. Build-up on hood
- Build-up on floors, walls, and ceiling. Pay close attention to walls around dish machine
- Employee beverage stored on shelving rack which holds clean dishes. Please have a designated area for employee items
