What the inspector found
- Inspectors recorded 10 violations, including no active managerial control, an employee washing hands in a three-compartment sink basin, and brisket and queso reheated on a steam table at only 119°F and 130°F after sittin
- Other violations included thawing meat in a sink basin with sanitizer and soap in surrounding basins, a stained cutting board with excessive gouges, a dog observed inside the restaurant, missing ceiling tiles, and smoke
