- GFS dishwasher still not sanitizing (0 ppm chlorine after final rinse); PIC to sanitize in 3-compartment sink until repaired.
- Also out of compliance: thermometer missing in prep cooler by pizza oven; unlabeled water bottle by grill; dirty interior of reach-in freezer (toxic-substance labeling corrected).
