What the inspector found
- Garbage cans placed in front of hand basin--restricting access. Please ensure that all hand basins are accessible at all times
- Multiple TCS foods not holding at 135 degrees or greater in warming station (2-door), chicken station. See Food Temperatures
- White rice on counter found at 49 degrees. PIC immediately placed into ice bath
- Chemicals, cleaners stored next to lids, straws at drink station
- Two hot holding units not working properly. (Not holding foods at 135 or greater)
- Flies observed throughout prep and drive through areas
- Cook clothing soiled with flour--no apron
- Shelving paint peeling in back stock. Damaged equipment
- Potable water leaks at three compartment sink. Atmospheric vacuum breaker damaged, leaking at mop sink faucet
