What the inspector found
- The restaurant’s permit was suspended after 22 violations and 30 pounds of embargoed food.
- The prep cooler — the kitchen’s only large cooler — ran at 50°F, holding hummus, salsa, and raw chicken between 55-62°F for four hours; a closure notice was issued until it holds at 41°F and is re-verified.
- Raw meat was stored beside ready-to-eat produce, and mop water was dumped in the parking lot.
