What the inspector found
- Several bulk spices and powders found without labels. Please label all products taken out of their original packaging
- Single-service plastic ramikin being used as a scoop in bulk salt
- Build-up throughout establishment on the exterior of equipment, cooler handles, and floors
- Ice build-up on the floor in the walk-in-freezer. Constant drip from the mop sink. Maintainence fixed it on the spot
