- Inconsistent date marking occuring. Remember to date mark when pulled from freezer
- Various bottles of unlabled chemicals. Remember needs name such as "Bleach" "Degreaser" not the word "chemical"
- Various spices, herbs, and other items outside of original container missing names. PIC identified and added names
- Hole in wall going into kitchen, hole in wall at soap dispensor, and debris under appliances
