- Observed food workers to fill dishes with water from front and back hand sinks
- Observed white rice in the countertop warmer with a measured internal temperature of 131 F
- Date on cooked chicken broth was 2/6. PIC stated that the product was cooked earlier in the day on 2/7
- Observed chicken stock stored in large 3 gallon containers cooling in the walk-in cooler
- Observed employee beverage container on shelf near foods on the cook line
