What the inspector found
- Inspectors recorded 12 violations with multiple embargoes — expired bearnaise sauce, poached shrimp, goat cheese, and milk dated 4/16/26 were all pulled.
- Mashed potatoes had been reheating for 1.5 hours at only 110°F, and oyster shellstock tags for May and June were missing.
