What the inspector found
- A customer complaint inspection turned up 17 violations, most notably no sanitizer at the three-compartment sink — triggering a temporary permit suspension until chlorine was purchased on-site.
- Inspectors also found raw chicken dredge at 56°F, non-operational TPHC timers, flies in the kitchen, and excessive oil on floors.
