- Paper towels missing at hand sink next to dishwasher. PIC replaced
- Tofu was observed stored at room temperature at 65 degrees. PIC put tofu in reach-in cooler below 41 degrees for corrective action
- Ramen observed improperly thawing at room temperature
- Food items out of original containers missing labels
- Rodent dropping observed in dish machine room. PIC is calling pest control company for treatment
- Raw chicken stored above shrimp (both covered). Employee drink stored on prep table
- Heavy build-up on racks and floor in walk-in cooler. Mold build-up in ice machine
