- Thawing (C): Reduced oxygen packaged salmon thawed in refrigerator. Pierce or remove packaging prior to thawing.
- In-Use Utensils Between-Use Storage (C): Ice scoop stored in ice bin. Store scoop outside of ice ban to prevent contamination from the hands.
- Sponges Use Limitation (C): Sponges observed at warewashing sink. Discard sponge and discontinue using to wash food contact surfaces.
