What the inspector found

• Removing Dead or Trapped Birds Insects Rodents and other Pest (C): Remove/replace the soiled glue traps from the basement.
• Clean-up of Vomiting and Diarrheal Events (Pf): Provide a vomit/diarrhea clean up kit on site. (procedures to be emailed to the PIC)
• (A)-(P) Person-In-Charge-Duties (Pf)
• Ready-To-Eat Time/Temperature Control for Safety Food Date Marking (Pf)
• Ventilation Hood Systems Filters (C): Clean to remove the dripping grease from the hood filters above the wok station.
• (A) Equipment Food-Contact Surfaces Nonfood-Contact Surfaces and Utensils (Pf): Clean the interior panel of the ice machine to remove soils.
• Using a Handwashing Sink-Operation and Maintenance (Pf)
• Maintaining Refuse Areas and Enclosures (C): Clean the outside trash location to remove debris & evidece of rodent droppings near the rear door.
