• Sponges Use Limitation (C): Using sponges in food prep
• Using a Handwashing Sink-Operation and Maintenance (Pf): Sponges at hand sink - Hand sink is to be used for hand washing only

• Assignment (Pf): At the time of my arrival there was not a person in charge Contacted corporate and the PIC arrive 50 minutes later
