Alimentos TCS no mantenidos a 5 °C (41 °F) o menos. -various TCS foods (salsa, birria, raw meats, cooked and cooled foods) kept in cooler that is holding around 50 degrees F at ambient temperature, foods temping in the same range. Quarantine order issued, foods discarded by mutual consent. Alimentos TCS no mantenidos a 5 °C (41 °F) o menos -Varios alimentos que requieren control de temperatura (TCS) —como salsa, birria, carnes crudas y alimentos cocinados y enfriados— se almacenaban en una cámara frigorífica que mantenía una temperatura ambiente de aproximadamente 50 °F; los alimentos presentaban temperaturas en ese mismo rango. Se emitió una orden de retención y los alimentos fueron desechados por mutuo acuerdo.
