- Time As A Public Health Control: Procedures And Records (critical): Not following written procedures for using time as a public health control. Sushi rice from 2/4/26, 8:45pm being used to roll sushi. Items voluntarily discarded.
- Plumbing Installed; Proper Backflow Devices (critical): The hot water generation/distribution system is not sufficient to meet peak hot water demands. No hot water present at establishment.
