• Time As A Public Health Control: Procedures And Records (critical): Not following written procedures for using time as a public health control. (Pizza held at ambient temperatures and set to expire at 1:00 PM but not discarded.) (food discarded)
• Toxic Substances Properly Identified, Stored, Used (critical): Chemical bottle stored on top of and next to canned food items.
• Sewage And Wastewater Properly Disposed (critical): Sewage and waste water not disposed of in an approved manner. (Leak at 3-compartment sink waste pipe.)
• Plumbing Installed; Proper Backflow Devices (critical): Hose observed attached to mop sink and sitting inside of the sink basin. The installed backflow prevention device was observed leaking water. (Hose detached)
• Proper Eating, Tasting, Drinking, Or Tobacco Use (critical): Personal drink observed inside of reach-in freezer.
