What the inspector found

• Proper Cold Holding Temperatures (critical): TCS food not maintained at 5°C (41°F) or below. Food in walk in cooler (Eggs 65F and Butter 65F). The facility is aware of walk in cooler not working properly. The unit stopped working the previouse day, will immidiatlely discard the food. Food in reach in cooler (Chicken Chili, Butter Chicken, Noodles, and Lamb Curry holding at 46F, 47F, and 48F - discarded). The facility is unaware of the reach in cooler not working.
• Proper Date Marking And Disposition (critical): RTE TCS food prepared on site held longer than 7 days (Cooked chicken date marked 03/13, Kifer 03/13, Cooked pork 03/11, Cooked onion sauce 03/06 - discarded)
• Sewage And Wastewater Properly Disposed (critical): Sewage and waste water not disposed of in an approved manner. (Three compartment sink leaking at bottom)
