Cut tomatoes observed holding at 60 degrees F. Shredded cheese and lettuce observed holding at 67 degrees F. Raw fish observed holding at 56 degrees F. Cooked eggs holding at 52 degrees F. Raw chicken holding at 50 degrees F.
- Hands Clean And Properly Washed (critical): Hands not washed to prevent contamination from previous task. Employee observed handling raw chicken and then shrimp without washing hands.
