What the inspector found
- 4-2B: .05(7)(a)1*****SECOND CONSECUTIVE VIOLATION *****Observed that there was a black mold-like buildup along the back interior wall of the ice machine. Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. (Pf) Corrective Actions: Correct by 8/20/26.
- 6-2: .04(6)(h)*****SECOND CONSECUTIVE VIOLATION *****Observed multiple foods (deli salad with cheese, Spaghetti, hot dogs, Bolognese) held past 7 days. A food that requires datemarking shall be discarded if it exceeds 7 days, not including the time that the product is frozen. (P) Corrective Actions: Foods discarded.
- 12C: .04(4)(m)Observed a wet wiping cloth in sanitizer that was below the minimum required concentration for quat sanitizer. Cloths in-use for wiping counters and other equipment surfaces shall be stored in sanitizer of the appropriate concentration in-between uses and laundered daily. (C) Corrective Actions: Sanitizer remade.
