What the inspector found
- 6-1D: .04(6)(i)Observed enchiladas and baked ziti placed on time control at temperatures of 104F and 84F, respectively. Also observed salisbury steak, collard greens, broccoli cheese rice, and mashed potatoes intended to be on time control with no label to indicate the start or discard time.
- 6-2: .04(6)(h)Observed two containers of gravy with marked preparation dates of 6/25/26 and 6/29/26. Observed a container of cooked sausage, several stacks of American cheese, and a container of ham all marked with preparation dates of 6/29/26.
