What the inspector found
- 2-2D: .06(2)(c)Observed that both the men's and the women's restrooms that the employees use do not have handwashing sinks that have a minimum hot water temperature of 85° F.
- 6-1A: .04(6)(f)Observed cut lettuce, sliced tomatoes, and yellow cheese slices being held higher than 41 degrees in the open top prep cooler across from the frying station. Observed white cheese slices being held higher than 41 degrees in the walk in cooler for more than four hours. ( See temperaure chart below)
- 12B: .03(5)(j)Observed two employees working with food that did not have hair restraints.
- 15A: .05(6)(a)Observed that the open top prep cooler that is across from the frying station is not holding temperature at or below 41 degrees .( See temp chart below)
