What the inspector found
- 4-1A: .04(4)(n)1Observed employee put hat and hair net on with gloved hands. With same gloves, proceeded to ice cream machine and installed metal shelving that is a direct food contact surface for the ice cream. If used, single-use gloves shall be used for only one task such as working with ready-to-eat food or with raw animal food, used for no other purpose, and discarded when damaged or soiled, or when interruptions occur in the operation. (P) Corrective Actions: PIC (person in charge) had employee change gloves and wash hands. Shelving was cleaned. ***SECOND REPEAT VIOLATION***
