What the inspector found

• 3-1C: .04(1)Observed water dripping directly into food (premade salads) in the stand-up cooler. Food shall be safe, unadulterated, and honestly presented. (P) Corrective Actions: All items were discarded.
• 4-2B: .05(7)(a)1Observed an accumulation of a moldlike substance in the ice machine. Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. (Pf) Corrective Actions: Ice machine was drained to be cleaned and sanitized.
• 14B: .05(10)(e) 1,2,4Observed dishes being stacked wet and stored as clean. Cleaned equipment and utensils, laundered linens, and single-service and single-use articles shall be stored: (i) in a clean, dry location; (ii) where they are not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination; and (iii) at least 6 inches above the floor. (C) Corrective Actions: All items were placed in dirty dishes to be rewashed and sanitized.
