• Wiping Cloths; Properly Used and Stored: 3-304.14 - Core: Wiping Cloths, Use Limitation Addl Notes: Observed wiping cloth stored in bucket next to front register in unapproved sanitizer solution. All wet wiping cloths shall be stored in sanitizer buckets with approved sanitizer concentrations. Wiping cloth was placed in sanitizer bucket with approved sanitizer concentration at time of inspection.
