What the inspector found
- Proper Cold Holding Temperatures: Observed small refrigerator unit underneath service window measuring at an internal temperature of 48-55°F of all TCS Food items. All TCS food items were placed inside small unit around 1 hour before inspection. All TCS foods improperly cold held were relocated to alternative functioning refrigeration unit to rapidly cool to 41°F at time of inspection.||PRIORITY V
