Person in Charge (PIC) was notified that a sign or poster that notifies food employees to wash their hands shall be provided at all handwashing sinks used by food employees and shall be clearly visible to food employ
• Food-Contact Surfaces: Cleaned and Sanitized: 4-602.11 (E) - Core: Equipment Food - Contact Surfaces and Utensils-Frequency; Non-TCS. Addl Notes: Observed red organic matter in the dispensing nozzles of the soda dispensing station behind service counter. Notified
• Toxic Substances Properly Identified, Stored, and Used; Held for Retail Sale, Properly Stored: PRIORITY VIOLATION-7-204.11 - Priority: Sanitizers, Criteria-Chemicals||Addl Notes: Observed Sanitizer Bucket behind front counter with Chlorine over 200ppm. Sanitizer was remade by PIC and retested at a proper levels of 50ppm - 100ppm. Discussed approved use of sanitizers with the person-in-charge (PIC)
