What the inspector found

• Adequate Handwashing Sinks, Properly Supplied and Accessible: 5-205.11 - Priority Foundation: Using a Handwashing Sink-Operation and Maintenance. Addl Notes: Observed equipment stored inside the hand sink. PIC relocated all items blocking handwash sink. Advised PIC that the hand sink must be used for hand washing only. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

• Physical Facilities Installed, Maintained, and Clean: 6-501.12 - Core: Cleaning, Frequency and Restrictions Addl Notes: Observed trash all over the floor. PIC disposed of the trash in the garbage can. Advised PIC that physical facility must be cleaned frequently enough to prevent accumulation of dirt, organic matter, and food debris. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
