Addl Notes: Observed employee rinsing coffee cups in the handwashing sink near service station at time of inspection. The coffee cups were taken to the 3 compartment sink to be properly washed rinsed and sanitized.PIC will ensure establishment discontinu
- Warewashing Facilities, Installed, Maintained, Used, Test Strips: 4-603.12 - Core: Precleaning Addl Notes: Observed multiple plastic containers being stacked at the clean dish storage area with date mark stickers (Some legible stickers) on them. Advised to removed stickers before cleaning containers. Correct prior to next routine inspection.
