• Certified Food Protection Manager: 2-102.12(A) - Core: Certified Food Protection Manager. Addl Notes: There was no Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) on duty at time of inspection. A CFPM is required to be on the premises during all hours of operation. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection

• Toxic Substances Properly Identified, Stored, and Used; Held for Retail Sale, Properly Stored: 7-202.11 - Priority Foundation: Restriction-Presence and Use Addl Notes: Observed 4 packages of rodenticide in the storage closet. Discussed with employee that these types of chemicals are not allowed onsite at food establishments, and that only a certified pest control specialist can apply pest control
• Physical Facilities Installed, Maintained, and Clean: 6-201.16 - Core: Wall and Ceiling Coverings and Coatings Addl Notes: There is a ceiling tile that is not closed in the storage closet. Please close up this gap/hole in the ceiling. Physical facility must be maintained in good repair at all times. Repair physical facility prior to next routine inspection.
