- Certified Food Protection Manager: 2-102.12(A) - Core: Certified Food Protection Manager. Addl Notes: PIC was unable to provide proof of certified food service manager. Obtain certification from an accredited agency and leave at establishment. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
- Hands Clean and Properly Washed: PRIORITY VIOLATION-2-301.12 - Priority: Cleaning Procedure. ||Addl Notes: Observed employee later hands directly under water at the employee hand wash sink. Inspector instructed employee to properly lather hands for at least twenty seconds outside of running water. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
