What the inspector found
- Adequate Handwashing Sinks, Properly Supplied and Accessible: 6-301.11 - Priority Foundation: Handwashing Cleanser, Availability. Addl Notes: Observed no soap at the back hand sink. Manager said they are out, and it is on the next truck tomorrow. Manager obtained dish soap from the dishwashing area and put at the back hand sink in the meantime. Ensure there is soap at each hand sink at all times.
