What the inspector found
- Adequate Handwashing Sinks, Properly Supplied and Accessible: Automatic hand sinks dispensing a temperature of over 120*F, causing staff to use neighboring prep sink to properly wash hands. Hot water should dispense at a temperature of 100-108*F for hand washing for 15-20 seconds. Person in charge placed a work order. Staff to continue to utilize prep sink for dumping only. Re-inspection to occur
