Addl Notes: Observed handwash sink next to 3-compartment sink inaccessible blocked by ladder, trash can and hanging pots/pans. Informed PIC that handwash sinks must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. PIC relocated all items blocking
- Physical Facilities Installed, Maintained, and Clean: 6-501.114 - Core: Maintaining Premises, Unnecessary Items and Litter Addl Notes: Observed large piles of cardboard litter in beverage walk-in cooler.
