- Proper Hot Holding Temperatures: PRIORITY VIOLATION-3-501.16(A)(1) - Priority: Time/Temperature Control for Safety Food, Hot Holding. Addl Notes: Observed hot holding unit with mini pizzas and burrito with internal temperatures of 112*F. Except during preparatio
- Plumbing Installed; Proper Backflow Devices: 5-205.15 (B) - Core: System Maintained in Good Repair; Maintained Addl Notes: Observed leaking soda machine, PIC stated that grab-n-go unit needs to be restarted to work properly. PIC stated will come later in the day. All plumbing must be maintained in good repair at all times. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
